By accessing or using the ArenaBIT platform ("Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
ArenaBIT is a prediction markets platform focused on crypto assets. Users can participate in arenas, configure automated trading bots, track positions and manage digital portfolios. The Platform offers Free, Pro and Elite plans with distinct features at each level.
To use the Platform, you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts; (c) not be in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited by law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (email and password). Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately in case of unauthorized use. ArenaBIT reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for prolonged inactivity.
ArenaBIT is NOT a registered broker, bank or financial advisor. No content on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prediction markets involve the risk of total loss of invested capital. Only operate with funds you can afford to lose. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The automated bot operates based on mathematical models and does not guarantee profit.
Each user has a custodial wallet on the Polygon network (Gnosis Safe). Deposits are accepted in USDT, USDC and other compatible stablecoins. Withdrawals are subject to network confirmations and gas fees. ArenaBIT is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion. Confirmed blockchain transactions are irreversible.
Pro and Elite plans are paid monthly via blockchain (stablecoins). Payment is confirmed after 12 network confirmations. No refunds after plan activation. Overpayments are converted to account credit up to one monthly fee. Prices may change with 15 days prior notice.
The referral program offers a bounty per referred new user and a recurring percentage on subscriptions. Values and percentages are configurable by the platform and may change at any time. Commissions are paid in USDT directly to the referrer's wallet, subject to balance availability.
Prohibited: (a) using unauthorized bots or automations to manipulate markets; (b) creating multiple accounts to benefit from the referral program; (c) attempting to reverse engineer, hack or compromise Platform security; (d) using the Platform for money laundering or illegal activities; (e) defaming or harassing other users or ArenaBIT employees.
All Platform content — including code, design, brand, logo, text and data — is the exclusive property of ArenaBIT or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or creation of derivative works without express written authorization is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArenaBIT shall not be liable for: financial losses from Platform use; service interruptions from maintenance or technical failures; decisions made based on Platform information; or indirect, incidental or punitive damages. ArenaBIT's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 3 months.
ArenaBIT may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or Platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes, the parties waiving any other forum, however privileged.
